Full-Time Programmer

The Fallsburg Library is seeking a Full- Time Programmer. 

We are looking for someone with excellent computer skills, who readily learns software, has good communication skills, works well with the public and is creative! 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Develop, advertise and conduct activities and programs at the library.  The programs will be for young children, students and adults.  

• Establish outreach connections with local organizations and schools to better understand what programs the community would like to have at the library. 

• Maintain supplies needed for programming.  

• Incorporate programming ideas and designs into library space.  

• Set up and break down for all events and programs at the library 

• Represent the library through participation in community events. 

The work schedule will be flexible with up to 40hrs per week.  Nights and weekends will be required. 

Previous experience is helpful. 

Hourly wage will be based on experience.
